Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
Charlie had always been something of an environmental freak. Ever since he was young he had a lot of really important values instilled in him, not least of all the importance of recycling. Sure, he realized that it wasn't the answer to all of the world's problems, and change needed to happen on a larger scale. But he still believed that if enough people he knew were more serious about the practice, it would make a difference, increase the overall quality of people's lives, stuff like that. And it wasn't a bad motto to follow of course, but not everyone wanted to hear it, some people had more... pressing issues on their mind.
"I can't believe she left me! I have no one left!" Liam had been unfortunate enough to recently go through a really bad breakup. So he confided in his roommate and friend, Charlie.
"That's not true! I'm here!" That... wasn't what he meant by not "having someone."
"No, you're not my girlfriend dude, it isn't the same." Charlie never understood what anyone meant, and every time they talked he always brought it back around to-
"Well you have me, why not recycle?" Recycling. Charlie had so much willpower and belief in recycling as a process, that the world would sometimes reform itself to match his ideals without him knowing. Nobody would really notice that some trash disappeared or the recycling containers got properly sorted through magic, but what began to happen was a bit more... noticeable. To everyone except Charlie, who never noticed, regardless of the change.
"Man, what is it with you and recycling? Like seriously- Woah." As Liam began to rag on his roommate for his obsession with reuse, he noticed the gradual changes happening in him. Charlie's hair went from plain and short to long and vibrant. His figure from average to hourglass. And his breasts from... literally nonexistent to massive.
"Still thinking about wasting all that energy looking for a girlfriend?" She proudly proclaimed. Charlie hadn't realized what happened to her, from her point of view she had always been this way. A ditzy, caring, recycling-freak girl. Was it really okay for Liam to take "Charlie" up on what seemed to be an offer? Charlie might make a mediocre at best roommate, but as a girlfriend...
"N-no. You were right. Maybe I can work with what I have." If the new magically formed Charlie was offering... even if Liam didn't know what was going on, she was hot as hell, with nothing but a bag to cover her up. So... Liam got to reduce his pain by recycling his friend for a beautiful girlfriend. And to say the least, she was going to get a lot of "reuse."
