A Wizard's Maiden Problem
I recently inherited a wizard's mansion. A long standing paragon of magic, it was a miracle a beginner like me got my hands on it. My grandfather was a prolific wizard, and while I never learned too much directly from him, I've picked up a few things here and there. There was this lovely maid left over from when other people inhabited the mansion. She was great! Short and cute, and worked really hard! But just one? This mansion was in need of at least one more maid... not for my pleasure or anything. Unless this conjuring spell made a lifelike maid... that or one that was straight up sentient.
I had to shake myself loose. That was enough daydreaming, The spell was one for a completely obedient maid anyways, any order she received she would follow without question. I had just finished the magic circle and was ready to recite the spell here. "Da mihi bellus ancilla!" As a red light engulfed the room, and a gust ran amok, I felt a strong magical charge... and then nothing. Silence... and something feeling off. The whole world felt like it had become a little bit larger. I looked around to see no maid in sight, but when I looked down... a maid uniform was tightly hugging my tight new waist. Shoulder length, much smoother hair hung from my head, and the small gasp I let loose sounded like that of a small and frail girl. Feeling my chest, I had very real small and supple breasts. I had become the maid I was trying to make! I had to change this quickly! I had to-
"Oh, the master must have made you! Welcome to the mansion, I'll be your senior." Oh man, it was the first maid here, she was taller than me now... how humiliating. She looked around, presumably for me... before reaching out and fixing up my uniform. It had become a touch undone by the gust of wind from earlier. She took a close look at the tag on my dress. "Madeline's your name huh? What a cute name! I'm Grace."
"I-" I started to retort before she cut me off. Something about my body made me hang on every word she said. "Oh, don't worry, I know it can be confusing! Just waking up all alone like this. I don't see him around here anymore... how irresponsible of him not to give you your orders! Why don't you keep the place nice and tidy till he shows up?" I intrinsically knew that I had to do what ever she said, I had already begun moving to start tidying up the place. I took what little control I had left and went to find something, anything, that could change me back. "Oh, and don't touch any of the magical artifacts, it would be a shame if something happened to them." That really was the order that sealed the deal. There wouldn't be anything I could do to change back... I struggled to try and cast a spell of any sort for a long time, but any magical abilities I had before are completely gone. The mansion supplied us with endless youth and vigor... so a young maiden is who I am and will be for a long time. I've had to eventually accept that a servant was who I am now, Madeline the magician's maid. Grace is a nice enough girl, she's kind of like a big sister, she makes it bearable, but still, it's hard waiting for someone, anyone strong enough to show up. I'm going to be a maid waiting for her new master for a long time...
