Put in Her Place (Part 1)

     "Yes daddy..." It might have seemed strange for something like that to come out of a body with a deep voice like my own, but it was my daughter inside of it. A machine which I had been working on for the better part of a year for Swap Co. Had malfunctioned. Unfortunately, it swapped me with the nearest person, my daughter. Even more unfortunate, we couldn't tell a soul, not even my own wife, as the existence of such technology being known would cause absolute pandemonium. So, till we had this sorted out, Alexa and I would have to be each other.

     Due to the nature of the device, I was giving my daughter some forewarnings. "You might have new feelings and emotions well we're swapped. This is our brains and bodies trying to adjust to the changes. You might feel differently about your mother, but under no circumstances can you act on it, understood?" Alexa had been pretending to be me earlier on in the day, and called my wife "mommy" by accident. Couple this with the... clumsiness in the way my daughter handled her, and it seemed to flip a switch in her. I knew the look in my wife's eyes at that moment, and it couldn't lead to anything good.

     "Surely you understand though dad, you've lived this life, I never realized how attractive mom is. I promise though, nothing will happen, I want to avoid that as much as you." "You better young lady." With the way things were going, I could tell it was going to be a difficult time playing the part of Alexa... and her playing the part of me.
